Sheila Ouamalich has been in the leasing industry since 2018 and joined Substancia in 2020 as a Leasing Agent. With experience across residential homes and multifamily communities, she brings a hands-on, practical approach to leasing and creates a professional, approachable experience for both tenants and property owners.
Sheila is fluent in English and Spanish, which allows her to serve a wider range of clients and communicate clearly throughout the entire leasing process.
Beyond leasing, Sheila supports client acquisition and marketing for properties across OKC. She joined Homestead PM as Assistant Manager in 2023 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in October 2025.
